A private yoga session is beneficial to newer practitioners or for people who would like a customized yoga practice for their body and their needs. Private may also be good for those who are not yet ready for the group experience or someone who just wants some pointers on alignment. This also includes yoga for small groups, like Bachelorette Parties/Girls' Weekend, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa flow, or Restorative Yoga.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before session. All prepaid YOGA services: If less than 24 hours notice to cancel, pre-paid funds will be applied towards missed session.
