Service Description

Before beginning any sessions, it is important to assess your current status and determine a plan of action for your personalized program. A nutrition assessment will be required before any sessions can be held. This initial meeting will take 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before session. All prepaid YOGA services: If less than 24 hours notice to cancel, pre-paid funds will be applied towards missed session.
