Nutrition Counseling 4 Sessions

Service Description

This package includes 4 one-hour long, one-on-one Zoom or in-person sessions. Each session will begin with a check-in and follow-up on progress. If necessary, new goals can be made to address any new concerns. Also includes text, email support as you need throughout the week in between sessions.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before session. All prepaid YOGA services: If less than 24 hours notice to cancel, pre-paid funds will be applied towards missed session.
